What AstroXP is

AstroXP is an entertainment and self-discovery application. Planetary positions are computed astronomically; their astrological interpretation has no predictive or scientific value.

Astrée's texts are produced by an artificial intelligence. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Do not make any important decision on that basis alone; if you are in difficulty, speak to a qualified professional. Does a text strike you as shocking, dangerous or false? The "Report" link, under every text, sends it to us.

Subscription

Full access is paid. A trial period may be offered; at its end the subscription renews automatically at the displayed price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by the app store (App Store or Google Play), from your account settings. We have no access to any banking data.

The sale contract is concluded with the store, which is the seller: its own terms apply to billing, the right of withdrawal and refunds. As far as we are concerned, by subscribing you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you therefore lose the fourteen-day right of withdrawal once access is open (article L221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code). A refund request is made to the store; we can help you word it, we cannot decide it in its place.

Minimum age

The application is reserved for people aged 16 or over.

Use

You undertake not to attempt to circumvent usage limits, nor to use the application to produce illegal or harmful content. We may suspend access in case of manifest abuse.

Liability

AstroXP is provided as is. We cannot be held liable for decisions taken on the basis of its contents, which are entertainment. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you run into difficulty, write to us first: wearefullxp@gmail.com. We answer every complaint. If no solution is found, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator we belong to: CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice), www.cm2c.net, within one year of your written complaint to us. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those provided for by law.
