The sky
on 24 August 1935.
The sign of each planet that day, calculated from astronomical ephemerides (Paris time). When a planet changes sign during the day, the exact time is given: that’s where the birth time decides.
If this is your birth date
What you are trying to become
Your birth time settles it.
Why?
What you are trying to become, and what you need to be recognised for.
What settles you
You settle when everyone is home. You remember every word, every birthday, what was forgotten. Your mood follows that of your people.
Cancer begins at the June solstice, the day the Sun stops and turns back. The Moon rules this sign.
The Moon is at home in this sign. It changes shape every night, and so do you.
Why?
What settles you and what puts you on alert, before any conscious decision. In Cancer, it goes through who is present first. You protect before you explain, and you remember everything. At home. What it governs runs without resistance — the ground where you do not have to force anything.
What people see first
It takes your birth time and city.
Why?
The first thing people register about you, before they know you.
What draws you
You love through details. You remember how the other person takes their coffee, you fix what creaks, and you rarely say what it means.
Mercury rules this sign and is exalted in it, a case unique in the zodiac. The brightest star is Spica, the ear of wheat.
Venus is in its fall in this sign: your affection reads in what you do, and not everyone can read it.
Why?
What draws you in and what you offer — in love as in taste. In Virgo, it gets settled in the details. You spot what is off before looking for it, and you say so. Opposite its exaltation: weakened ground. Not a sentence — a place where you learn what others take for granted. Retrograde at your birth: seen from Earth, the planet was moving backwards. What it governs turns inward first, and shows later than it does in other people.
What gets you moving
You do not let go. You watch, you wait, you strike once and in the right place. People do not see your decisions coming.
The brightest star of the constellation is Antares: the rival of Mars. Mars rules this sign in the old astrology, Pluto in the new.
Mars rules this sign in the tradition. You know people’s weak point, and you choose whether to use it.
Why?
What you go after, and how you fight when you meet resistance. In Scorpio, it plays out fully and in private. You watch for a long time before committing, then you do not let go. At home. What it governs runs without resistance — the ground where you do not have to force anything.
How you think
You think by sorting. You see the typo in the text, the error in the sum, the extra word in the sentence.
Mercury rules this sign and is also in exaltation here. Your mind does not rest while one detail is still wrong.
Why?
How you think and speak — the pace, the level of detail, what you keep to yourself. In Virgo, it gets settled in the details. You spot what is off before looking for it, and you say so. At home. What it governs runs without resistance — the ground where you do not have to force anything.
Where you think big
You grow in crises. What frightens others interests you, and you gain strength there.
Your appetite goes to the bottom of things: other people’s money, secrets, what goes unsaid.
Why?
What you take for granted, and the ground where you let yourself overreach. In Scorpio, it plays out fully and in private. You watch for a long time before committing, then you do not let go.
Where you hold firm
You set limits on what overflows. Your feelings and dreams need a frame, and you learned that the hard way.
Pisces closes the zodiac. Two fish swim in opposite directions, tied by a cord. The star that makes the knot is called Alrescha: “the cord”, in Arabic.
Your sensitivity, once held, becomes a real strength.
Why?
What you take seriously, and where you hold yourself to a line. In Pisces, it happens by absorption. You take on the mood of a room without choosing to, and sometimes mistake it for your own. Retrograde at your birth: seen from Earth, the planet was moving backwards. What it governs turns inward first, and shows later than it does in other people.
What isn’t there
There is no air in your chart. Not one point, out of the 9 we count.
Analysis is not your first reflex: what you know, you know from direct experience — explaining it comes later, when it comes at all.
Why?
We count the ten planets and the rising sign, as in the app.

What’s missing without the time
The rising sign, the houses and the exact degree of each planet depend on the time and place: the rising sign changes about every two hours. Add them in the calculator, or find your full chart in the app.
