Calculated over every birth from 1920 to 2030 (Paris day): depending on the year, the Sun can be a day early or late, hence the range. Your Sun is only one point of your chart: the app also looks at the other nine, to the minute.
Mercury and Pluto form an exact conjunction on 16 January 2027 at 03:49, Paris time. The aspect stays within one degree from 15 January to 16 January: 1 day and 5 hours.
Two points at the same degree: their functions merge, impossible to live one without the other. The strongest aspect — neither easy nor hard in itself, it amplifies whatever it touches.
